When I decided to work with Kelly, the main factor was the initial connection and similar energy. Kelly herself is an action taker and utilizes her time very effectively while enjoying life at the same time. As I live by similar values, I believe that it’s the self-management and action-taking that bring results. The value of investing in the Elite Program is immense—the more action and commitment you put into the program, the more gain you will get. I swear by her formula. When she said that you will start seeing results by 6 to 8 months, she was exactly right. I was able to transition smoothly from nurse executive to mentally agile leadership coach, team transformation consultant, and expert in stress and burnout prevention for healthcare workers. The culmination point came when I designed the Five-Step Mentally Agile Leadership Framework for coaching and mentoring, which led to starting work on my book exploring my journey in nursing, healthcare leadership, and developing mental agility skills that I now teach and train others in. Kelly is an expert in her field and a very skilled coach who can handle the most impatient clients, like myself. As you can imagine, at a career transition point, people expect overnight success, which is often sold to them on social media via perfectly enhanced photos, stories, and testimonials. The truth is that it takes several months, if not years, to get to that night when success appears. And success is different for everyone. When I say action-taking, as in my #MagdaSaysMagdaDoes, I also mean taking intentional breaks and conscious digital detoxes to evaluate progress and allow creative energy to flow naturally. We need to slow down to accelerate again—I swear by this. I would recommend Kelly not only as a master expert in her field, but also for her constant zest for self-improvement. Even in the six months to date, I have observed her evolution as a brand and personally. On the other hand, she offers so much value and is such a giving and generous human being. I cannot thank her enough for the opportunities and connections she has shared with me.
