I don't teach theory. I teach what works, because I've lived every version of not being seen.

I spent years being brilliant at jobs where nobody really saw me. Emirates cabin crew, then celebrity stylist to royalty and Fortune 500 leadership. By the time I stood on that TEDx stage the first time, I already knew the thing most people never get told: your reputation isn’t a reflection of your talent, it’s a reflection of your visibility. Those are two very different things.
